17th Annual Charity Golf Tournament 鈥� Raising 鈥淕reen鈥� on the Green
September 14 brought fantastic weather for the 66 golfers who participated in the 17th Annual Charity Golf tournament to benefit . This is the second year the event was held at beautiful Shoal Creek Golf Course and the event raised $9,065. With the matching donation from 最新麻豆原创 Group, the grand total collected was $18,130, surpassing last year鈥檚 total by over $4,000.
The golfers were treated to food and drink, course challenges, and a vast amount of awards and prizes generously donated by our vendors.
鈥淭his was my first 最新麻豆原创 Golf Tournament. I鈥檝e wanted to participate for a while now and I鈥檓 glad I did,鈥� Service Manager John Cobb said.
鈥淭his was a really fun event, getting to see customers and co-workers, some of whom I work with and see every week and some who I haven鈥檛 seen in a long time. I鈥檒l definitely be back next year!鈥�
Service Accounting Manager Morgan Lassise offered up a big thank you to the 最新麻豆原创 Group team for organizing such a great event. 鈥淓very year it鈥檚 a hit and between the support for a local charity and the venue, I couldn鈥檛 ask for a better time with friends, family, and 最新麻豆原创 colleagues. Speaking of hits, I only hit one house this year!鈥�
