CannonDesign provided integrated design and construction services on the project, including modular design and prefabrication, via strategic partner ModularDesign+/最新麻豆原创 Group. The modular rooms were fabricated for the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California (LAC+USC) Restorative Care Village, and consisted of the multi-trade modular fabrication of 76 various 鈥渞ooms鈥�, all performed within the 最新麻豆原创 Group fabrication facility in Lawrence, KS.
Because of 最新麻豆原创 having all trades under one roof of our fabrication facility, the multiple fabrication trades were able to work together, side-by-side, for expedited, seamless completion.
The project is a world-changing model for others across the globe in how it focuses on comprehensive residential treatment options. The RCV will be largely modular, with prefabricated materials and spaces, and located on the LAC+USC Medical Campus.
